By booking an appointment with Erin Chamberlin and Waters Edge Healing, LLC I understand that:
1. Any information provided to me or found on the Waters Edge Healing website or social media pages is for educational and informational purposes. They are tools presented as options for me, which Erin has found to be helpful in her own healing journey.
2. Erin is not a medical professional or medical provider of any kind. Energy Healing is widely recognized as a valuable and effective complement to conventional medical care. Energy Healing promotes harmony and balance within, relieving stress and supporting the body's natural ability to heal. Energy work performed via The Emotion Code, Body Code, or other methods whether in person or by proxy, is not a substitute for medical care and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Erin makes no claims as to healing or recovery from any service and no guarantee is made towards its validity.
3. I am personally responsible for my health and my choices. I will use my own judgement and due diligence before implementing any ideas or suggestions given to me by Erin and/or Waters Edge Healing. If I have questions or concerns about my health, I will contact my healthcare provider.
4. I understand that the effectiveness of Energy Healing also depends on how I show up for myself during this process. I have an open mind, a willingness to implement change, and I am taking personal responsibility for my own healing journey.
5. The Emotion Code and Body Code are gentle, complementary energy-based approaches to healing. Though as with ALL forms of Energy Healing, I understand there may be risks. I do not hold Erin or Waters Edge Healing accountable and agree to assume all risks.
